Welcome to the Annual Mandatory Training Portal!

Thank you for volunteering at North York General Hospital. As one of the valued volunteers who provide service across North York General Hospital’s five sites, we would like to thank you for your generous gift of time and talent.

As an active volunteer, you will be required to complete the organization's mandatory training on an annual basis between April 1 and March 31; the Volunteer Services Office provides regular updates regarding annual mandatory training to all active volunteers.

• All volunteers must complete their Annual Mandatory Training at the beginning of the hospital’s fiscal year, which is April.
• A volunteer may be removed from the Volunteer Program if Annual Mandatory Training is not completed in full.
